Senior GTM Recruiter

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, New York City, or San Francisco, with three in-office days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Salary: $156,000–$234,000 annual base pay for San Francisco; compensation may be adjusted based on employee location.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Field Engineering, Partnerships, and other go-to-market functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate hiring standards, and create targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build high-quality pipelines of active and passive candidates through outreach, referrals, networks, and communities.
• Manage screening, interviews, candidate communication, offer structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Track pipeline metrics, communicate progress and risks, and improve recruiting processes using data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting go-to-market and/or technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments with changing priorities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build trusted hiring-manager relationships, and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates and closing competitive offers.
• Ability to use recruiting data, metrics, AI tools, and recruiting technology to improve speed and quality.
• Ability to work from one of the Austin, New York City, or San Francisco offices three days per week.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or frontend technology companies.
• Familiarity with frontend development, web performance, cloud technologies, and Vercel’s technology stack.
• Experience building recruiting processes and systems for go-to-market teams from the ground up.
