Sales Development Specialist (Commercial Vehicles)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, US; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Applicants may work in or relocate to Jacksonville, and relocation assistance may be available.

Salary: $65,000–$83,000 USD annually, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Support sales operations and administration through vehicle specifications, quotations, sales offers, order tracking, CRM updates, reporting, and sales documentation.
• Build knowledge of the coach sales process from initial customer inquiry through vehicle delivery and handover.
• Coordinate delivery preparation, paperwork, documentation accuracy, demo vehicle tracking, movements, and check-in/check-out activities.
• Support marketing and product management initiatives, including customer events, trade shows, product launches, market research, competitive research, and sales materials.
• Maintain accurate company records, support process improvements, and contribute to cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support.
• Develop technical product knowledge and prepare for potential future Regional Sales Manager opportunities over an expected 3–5 year development period.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or 4–6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Interest in sales, customer relations, commercial vehicles, and business development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn CRM and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows, product training, vehicle deliveries, demo vehicle moves, and sales events.
• Valid driver’s license, permanent legal authorization to work in the US, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a CDL. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, or a related field.
