Barceloneta Store Manager (Fashion Retail)

Location: Barceloneta, Puerto Rico, USA; on-site retail work with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak business periods.

What you will do

• Lead store performance across sales, profitability, productivity, and customer experience.
• Execute business plans and respond to customer needs and local market trends.
• Coach, develop, recruit, onboard, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, loss prevention, staffing, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Build relationships with corporate partners, vendors, customers, and the local community.

Requirements

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience is a plus.
• Strong people leadership, communication, interpersonal, business, and operational skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with labor management, inventory, and sales reporting systems.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, market competition, digital engagement, and social media.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and regularly lift at least 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
