General Manager (Women's Fashion)

Location: Palm Beach, Florida, United States; on-site store role

What you will do

• Lead sales performance, customer service, clienteling, and weekly, monthly, and seasonal store goals.
• Recruit, schedule, train, coach, and develop management and sales associates.
• Manage payroll, wage costs, inventory controls, cash accuracy, loss prevention, and operational compliance.
• Execute floor sets, promotional directives, merchandising strategies, and visual standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and brand-aligned sales floor and backroom.
• Represent hirify.global fashion and discuss products and styling on camera for social media.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the luxury business and at least 2 years of retail store management experience in women's apparel or a related field.
• Strong team leadership, customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong visual, organizational, operational, observation, and data-retention skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends, an eye for women's fashion, and the ability to present a finished fashion look.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to create a professional, respectful, collaborative environment that supports employee development and performance.
