Sales Consultant (Luxury Furniture)

Location: Las Vegas, NV / Flamingo, NV, United States. Onsite showroom role with required customer home visits and driving.

Salary: $45,864 annually during the initial compensation period. Average post-training earnings: $60,000–$100,000+ annually, with uncapped monthly commission of 6%–7.5% based on individual sales goals.

What you will do

• Guide customers through a premium furniture sales experience and provide professional customer service.
• Sell furniture, accessories, and services while contributing to store sales goals.
• Create coordinated furniture and décor solutions for customers seeking modern, luxury interiors.
• Complete orders, paperwork, deposits, fees, customer records, payments, and delivery research accurately.
• Attend training and store meetings, and help coach peers on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Make required house calls to customer homes and maintain sales performance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, rapport-building, and influencing skills.
• Vocational or technical training in a relevant field.
• Ability to bend, lift, stand for extended periods, and interact with customers and coworkers.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to customer homes are required.
• Previous sales experience, closing ability, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and computer proficiency are preferred.
