Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote or hybrid; working hours are 11:00–20:00 GMT+3

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of international client projects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Gather, clarify, and prioritise requirements; manage the backlog and break work into actionable tasks.
• Maintain project plans, release roadmaps, and sprint goals as priorities change.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, track progress, and help remove blockers.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery against scope, timeline, and quality goals.
• Use AI tools for documentation, reporting, task automation, decision support, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience in an IT outsourcing company.
• Confident English required for daily client communication, calls, and written correspondence.
• Experience working directly with international clients and professionally representing company decisions.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience facilitating team activities.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or comparable project management tools.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or AI copilots.
