Instructional Designer Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Plano, Texas; the selected candidate must reside within commutable distance and be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning deliverables, from needs analysis and storyboarding through development, communications, and evaluation.
• Develop learning strategies for large, complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and advise business functions, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data analytics, learner feedback, and learning theory research.
• Collaborate with an agile learning team to manage timelines and deliver high-quality learning products.
• Review peer work, contribute design input and quality assurance, and identify opportunities to improve methodologies and modalities.
• Use AI tools for rapid prototyping, script support, localization, and workflow acceleration when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as an instructional or learning designer, curriculum developer, or in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles, models, theories, and emerging learning technologies.
• Experience designing full learning ecosystems, including LMS/LXP integration, assessments, and program effectiveness evaluation.
• Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Articulate Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship; willingness to travel up to 10% is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, training, or certifications in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field.
• User experience planning and design experience.
• Agile or Scrum experience in instructional design.
• Large-group facilitation, virtual learning delivery, hybrid work experience, or a portfolio of previous work.
