AI Operations Manager

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-native operating processes for the Enterprise AI team using automation, structured information, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Coordinate operational and program reporting, including OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, project status, health indicators, and other metrics.
• Design, govern, and maintain the Enterprise AI knowledge base and its hub-and-spoke information structure.
• Facilitate stakeholder forums and prepare executive narratives, agendas, and content covering AI strategy, roadmaps, initiatives, and progress.
• Administer the AI intake process and coordinate evaluations and approval decisions for integrations, feature enablement, and tool requests.
• Oversee the AI asset registry and continuously improve planning, prioritization, governance, ownership, and communication mechanisms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management or operations within technology, product, AI, or other fast-paced environments.
• Experience building and improving processes and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to connect people, processes, tools, and data into scalable operating mechanisms.
• Experience turning complex operational and program information into clear executive-level narratives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder alignment experience, and forum facilitation skills.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, AI platforms, and common enterprise AI use cases, with strong attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.
