Property Engineer

Location: Pasig City; Work setup: Onsite

A growing property and facilities management company overseeing the maintenance and technical condition of multiple properties.

What you will do

• Oversee building repair and maintenance activities across assigned properties.
• Conduct site inspections and regular site rounds to identify facility and equipment issues.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor repair works for timely and high-quality completion.
• Monitor HVAC, generators, pumps, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other building equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and technical reports.
• Oversee Sewage Treatment Plant operations, including checks, readings, documentation, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating contractors and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in property engineering, facilities engineering, building maintenance, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring.
• Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers.
• Willingness to conduct regular site visits across assigned properties.

Nice to have

• Licensed Engineer status.
• Experience managing multiple properties or sites.
• Experience with STP operations and monitoring.
