Mechanical Estimator (HVAC)

Location: 100% remote from anywhere in the Philippines. Working hours: 4:30 AM–1:30 PM Philippines time, aligned with 8:30 AM–5:30 PM New Zealand time.

Salary: PHP86,000–PHP110,000 per month

What you will do

• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost estimates for commercial mechanical and HVAC services.
• Create accurate HVAC layouts and air-conditioning designs in Plandroid.
• Prepare and submit tenders covering ducting, units, labor, and ancillary components.
• Manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply NZ/AU building standards and mechanical codes to support compliant, cost-efficient designs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of dedicated HVAC or mechanical estimating experience.
• Proficiency in Plandroid.
• Experience with commercial HVAC projects such as office fit-outs, industrial facilities, or large-scale retail.
• Strong understanding of HVAC components, ducting design, and thermal requirements.
• Previous New Zealand project experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical HVAC details clearly.
