What you will do
- Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce system failures.
- Inspect and test plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on building system upgrades.
- Develop maintenance schedules and plans to optimize system performance.
- Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving measures.
- Ensure building systems comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
Requirements
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities or building systems.
- Available to work onsite in Taguig City, Philippines.
- Amenable to a shifting schedule, including six days per week, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
