Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be approved to work from their U.S. city and state. The role covers institutions in the Eastern U.S. and requires at least 30% travel to offices, customer locations, or team events.
Annual base salary: $146,000–$194,000, plus potential bonus or incentives.

What you will do
- Lead partnerships with assigned health systems, academic centers, and population health organizations to expand adoption of products.
- Build executive-level relationships and drive system launches, market expansion, and new business initiatives.
- Develop account strategies, forecasts, performance analyses, launch playbooks, and pull-through plans.
- Lead negotiations, contracting, governance meetings, workflow adoption, technology integrations, and provider awareness initiatives.
- Identify payer and employer access opportunities, evidence-generation projects, pilot programs, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with field, market access, marketing, medical, clinical development, payer, and HEOR teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree; science or healthcare education is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in health system partnerships, account management, or related healthcare roles; internal candidates may be considered with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing complex healthcare partnerships and working with clinical, operational, administrative, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, delivery models, institutional decision-making, and compliance frameworks.
- Must be able to work from within the United States and travel at least 30% of the time.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in business, public health, or a healthcare-related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years managing complex health system partnerships with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or early cancer detection.
