What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders across EMEA on people, organisational structure, performance, and workforce matters.
- Translate business priorities into practical People & Culture strategies and initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning, headcount management, succession planning, talent development, and performance management cycles.
- Support organisational transformation, change initiatives, employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness.
- Use people analytics and HR metrics to identify trends and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Coach leaders on people management, feedback, performance, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or in a strategic HR role.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environments.
- Strong background in performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organisational culture.
- Commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into people solutions.
- Experience working across different countries, cultures, and organisational contexts within EMEA.
- Strong analytical, communication, influencing, stakeholder management, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a technology, startup, or high-growth environment.
- Experience leading organisational transformation or change management across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of Portuguese.
