Location: Seattle, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Base salary: $139,650–$256,500 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of anti-fraud operational analysts while managing workflows, project delivery, and performance metrics.
  • Manage BPO partners and vendor teams, including performance benchmarks, quality standards, fraud reviews, and appeal handling.
  • Oversee deep-dive fraud investigations, escalations, forensic analysis, and identification of emerging threat vectors and bad-actor patterns.
  • Lead the adoption of AI, LLM, and automated workflow tools for case handling, auditing, insights, and threat detection.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build platform guardrails and align operational risk priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in anti-fraud, trust and safety, risk operations, or risk analytics within technology or e-commerce, including 4+ years of people management.
  • Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis and metric validation; familiarity with Python, R, or automated workflow tools.
  • Experience with deep-dive fraud investigations, operational enforcement workflows, stakeholder alignment, and project management across time zones and cultures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, business analytics, or a related quantitative or technical field.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguous risk scenarios.
  • On-site presence in Seattle with a fully in-person schedule of up to five days per week.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with U.S. data security frameworks, compliance standards, and highly regulated environments.
  • Experience using AI, LLMs, or automated workflows to optimize manual review, case auditing, or operational efficiency.
  • Experience managing fraud or operational risk in a multi-sided e-commerce marketplace.
