Senior Associate, Fraud Partner Operations (Fraud Operations)

Salary: $69,000–$101,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Monitor the health and performance of fraud queues handled by outsourced BPO partners.
• Lead vendor quality review programs and use root-cause analysis to improve review accuracy.
• Use fraud data, daily reporting, and trend analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Own fraud operations projects, including reporting, documentation, process design, and improvement plans.
• Launch new queues and cross-training initiatives by coordinating training, tooling, and go-live readiness.
• Manage escalations and collaboration across Fraud Operations, Analytics, WFM, BPO, Product, and other teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fraud, finance, or another professional operations environment.
• Experience managing at least three long-term projects with financial or process-improvement impact.
• Previous experience managing BPO partners.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing relational databases.
• Proficiency with internal systems and tools including FWS, THQ, Salesforce, ACC, OAI, Mode, and Sigma.
• Advanced time-management, analytical, investigation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
