Finance Management, Leadership Development Program (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $83,711–$135,000 USD base pay annually, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity where eligible.

What you will do

• Complete a 2–3-year finance leadership development program designed for high-potential MBA graduates.
• Participate in 3–4 strategic rotations lasting 8–12 months across Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit.
• Build expertise in financial strategy and finance operations while developing an enterprise-wide business perspective.
• Apply financial modeling, automation, visualization, and analytics solutions to improve finance operations, productivity, and performance.
• Participate in executive mentorship and a leadership development series focused on influencing senior stakeholders and driving business outcomes.

Requirements

• Recent MBA graduate from the 2022–2026 classes; a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct finance or accounting experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
• Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to progress into manager-level and broader enterprise finance leadership roles.
• Experience developing, implementing, and using enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
