Location: Medina, Minnesota, USA, with potential rotations in Plymouth, Minnesota; Huntsville, Alabama; Elkhart, Indiana; and Wyoming, Minnesota. The role requires travel and relocation between sites, reliable transportation for daily commuting, and full-time office availability.
Salary: $68,000–$72,500 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do
- Complete three one-year rotations within the Finance department over a three-year leadership development program.
- Gain commercial finance experience through FP&A or controllership assignments supporting business units and functions.
- Support operations finance and related areas across engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing.
- Develop exposure to treasury, internal audit, corporate FP&A, strategic capital, digital and IT, and financial services.
- Present end-of-rotation and end-of-program work to senior leaders.
- Transition into a full-time finance-related position after the program, subject to business needs and demonstrated skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with graduation between August 2026 and May 2027.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week starting January 11, 2027, or June 14, 2027.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Leadership experience, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, communication skills, interpersonal strengths, self-motivation, and willingness to travel and relocate between rotational sites.
