Commercial Services Manager (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Lead and manage teams of professional service colleagues supporting commercial banking verticals and portfolios.
• Oversee customer-facing servicing, documentation, commercial products, procedures, controls, and service quality.
• Manage risk by identifying and mitigating loss and reputation exposure while ensuring policies and controls are followed.
• Partner with Sales and business leaders to improve customer experience, deal execution, and complex relationship outcomes.
• Lead strategic projects, process improvements, change management, and the implementation of new procedures and technology.
• Resolve complex onboarding, deposit account, digital platform, credit structure, and funds-movement issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of Commercial experience.
• 7–10 years of Commercial Banking experience in customer or sales support, deposits, loans, operations, and/or regulatory work.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, supervision, colleague development, and performance management capabilities.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, critical-thinking, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital resources.
