Citizens Branch Manager

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States. Full-time, 40 hours per week; schedule varies by branch needs and may include weekends and evenings.

Salary: $89,100–$122,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead branch performance, sales growth, colleague activities, and customer experience.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve individual and branch-wide performance goals.
• Build customer relationships through tailored banking solutions and digital banking guidance.
• Direct branch operations and use financial insight to guide decisions in a profit-and-loss environment.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline and maintain partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Represent the brand locally by developing new customer relationships and strengthening existing ones.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach teams, drive sales excellence, and maintain operational integrity in a high-volume branch.
• Four years of sales management experience in a retail or branch banking environment.
• Proven success managing sales objectives, deadlines, and branch goals.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining community partnerships.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Retail banking experience.
• Talent sourcing and assessment experience.
