Branch Manager - Zionsville, IN

Location: Zionsville, Indiana, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage all sales, service, operational, security, risk, and regulatory activities for the branch.
• Lead colleagues in delivering customer service, resolving issues, and achieving production and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Build consumer and business customer relationships through referrals, calling programs, community involvement, and business development.
• Coach and develop colleagues on banking products, services, technology, policies, and sales processes.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and internal partnerships supporting the branch and its market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, and digital-channel activities.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, colleague development, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
