Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Set product direction, prioritize the roadmap, and decide what ships or gets cut.
• Resolve ambiguous product, system behavior, and interaction-model problems.
• Build prototypes and working examples to validate abstract product ideas.
• Work directly with RevOps and marketing operations leaders and drive design-partner iterations.
• Define agent behavior, permissions, approvals, recovery paths, and audit trails.
• Build evaluation suites, read production traces, and characterize failures across prompts, tools, context, and product behavior.

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of end-to-end product management experience.
• At least one agentic product launched and operated in production.
• Hands-on experience writing evaluations, defining pass criteria, and debugging failures through traces.
• Strong understanding of tool calls, context, retrieval, latency, and cost as product decisions.
• Demonstrated UX judgment and the ability to defend interface decisions with concrete work.
• Experience taking a 0-to-1 B2B SaaS product from concept to revenue; familiarity with Salesforce or governed systems of record is valuable.

Nice to have

• Deep interest in B2B go-to-market operations and willingness to learn the RevOps domain.
• Experience building evaluation harnesses, instrumentation, or research practices from scratch.
