Manager, Customer Service (Labels Manufacturing)

Location: St. Charles, Illinois, USA; onsite at the labels operation

Salary: USD 78,700–125,900 annually

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Customer Service team.
• Manage workflow, workload distribution, staffing coverage, job assignments, and prioritization.
• Coordinate customer requirements across Sales, Production, Prepress, Quality, Shipping, Distribution, and other operational teams.
• Support complex orders, production challenges, scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and delivery expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of flexographic, digital, hybrid, and UV printing, finishing, rewinding, proofing, platemaking, RFID, and related label manufacturing processes.
• Improve customer service processes, provide employee training, and participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the function of work.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of management and supervisory experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with an ERP system is strongly preferred.
• Must work onsite in St. Charles, Illinois, USA.
