Customer Service Representative I (SAP/CRM)

What you will do

• Process quotations and follow up to close harvest and incremental quotes for assigned corporate accounts.
• Enter customer orders accurately and promptly in SAP.
• Maintain SAP customer, pricing, material, and hierarchy master data.
• Review contracts and coordinate with internal functions to support compliant, on-time order fulfillment.
• Process customer returns and manage RGA documentation.
• Resolve customer credit and invoice issues with the Finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP software is desired; CRM knowledge is preferred.
• U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.
