Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; or Bellevue, WA

Salary: $157,000–$210,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits

What you will do

• Own the master interdependency tracker connecting international and domestic data center development pipelines.
• Drive accountability across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, and external partners.
• Lead end-to-end network backbone and fiber connectivity programs, including route planning, procurement, contracting, construction, splicing, acceptance testing, and service turn-up.
• Manage carrier, dark fiber, subsea, and construction partner deliverables against schedule, quality, capacity, diversity, SLA, and contract requirements.
• Maintain portfolio visibility into fiber routes, contracted and lit capacity, interconnection footprint, and site connectivity readiness.
• Improve intake workflows, milestone frameworks, tracking systems, and reporting cadences for a growing infrastructure portfolio.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, program operations, or strategic analytics within data centers, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or other capital-intensive sectors.
• Working knowledge of long-haul and metro fiber, dark fiber and IRU structures, DWDM/optical transport, interconnection, cross-connects, route diversity, permitting, right-of-way, construction, splicing, OTDR testing, and service turn-up.
• Experience managing external vendors and partners against schedules, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
• Understanding of hardware development lifecycles and experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and spreadsheets.
• Applicants must satisfy U.S. export-control access requirements, including qualifying as a U.S. person or being eligible for the required authorization.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA, or 10+ years of technical program management experience in hardware and networking technologies.
• Experience with InfiniBand and high-speed Ethernet switch designs.
• Experience delivering metro or long-haul fiber, subsea cable, landing station, carrier capacity, or large-scale interconnection programs.
• Familiarity with hyperscale and cloud network architectures, DCI, WAN capacity planning, peering, and transit strategy.
• Experience with international telecom permitting, manufacturing partners, supply chains, and hardware regulatory compliance.
