Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote - United States; on-site presence at data centers may be required during key deployment phases. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.

Salary: $115,000–$275,000 OTE annually, including base salary and performance bonus. RSUs may be available at certain salary grades.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center programs from design through operational handover.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, critical paths, and issue resolution.
• Translate business and technical requirements into project plans and measurable deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, networking, construction, operations, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee quality, budget, schedule, commissioning, and infrastructure readiness.
• Prepare dashboards, documentation, and executive program updates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience involving large-scale IT infrastructure deployments.
• Hands-on experience with physical infrastructure delivery, data center readiness, large-scale server deployments, and networking dependencies.
• Understanding of commissioning, system validation, burn-in testing, and operational handover criteria.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions, identify sequencing risks, challenge assumptions, and drive resolution.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership-by-influence skills in cross-functional or matrixed teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira, Asana, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall.

Nice to have

• Understanding of construction projects and facility build-out risks.
• Knowledge of HPC and GPU-based systems.
• Experience designing business processes or developing automation tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
