What you will do

• Generate production-ready components directly to replace traditional spec-based handoffs.
• Evolve the design platform and pipeline in collaboration with the Design Systems Engineer.
• Implement visual designs with high speed and accuracy using AI coding tools.
• Define the future of the design-to-code workflow within the engineering team.
• Ensure high-fidelity implementation of design tokens and component architecture.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native or React).
• Proficient use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or v0 at production velocity.
• Strong understanding of design tokens and component architecture.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments where design and engineering overlap.
• Must be based in the United States.
