Client Outcomes Director (IT Services)

Location: USA; remote/office work format with travel up to 25%, primarily to Dallas, Texas.

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for complex accounts and portfolios.
• Build stakeholder relationships, understand business objectives, manage expectations, and monitor client satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication between clients, delivery teams, leadership, sales, and pre-sales.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, resolve escalations, and maintain alignment between delivery outcomes and contractual obligations.
• Identify service expansion opportunities, develop account pipelines, and facilitate account development strategies.
• Lead people and business initiatives, including talent development, coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of client-facing experience in the IT industry, preferably in service delivery and stakeholder management.
• At least 1 year of program or portfolio management experience with large, complex accounts and a record of client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1+ level.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily to Dallas, Texas.
