Remote Member Service Representative (Customer Service) - Part Time

Salary: $16.04–$22.00 per hour; $18.00–$24.00 per hour in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington

What you will do

• Provide inbound phone support to hirify.global members throughout their membership lifecycle.
• Answer and place calls professionally while delivering empathetic customer service.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and support.
• Use company resources to research information and resolve issues on the first call.
• Maintain call quality and productivity standards.
• Perform other assigned duties and occasional overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
• 45 WPM typing speed, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate empathy.
• One year of office support or customer service experience is preferred.
