Customer Supply Chain Planner Specialist (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; onsite campus-based role

Salary: $63,200–$86,900 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer supply chain operations and site performance in the United States.
• Ensure service contract commitments, performance targets, reporting, and material availability requirements are met.
• Input demand accurately and coordinate planning with Regional Planning, FMA, and Service Management organizations.
• Monitor critical materials and ensure effective site coverage.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, provide reports, and support continuous improvement.
• Support site P&L, cost targets, cost reduction programs, and LEAN-based process standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a complex, customer-oriented environment managing multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer-service, leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and be authorized to access controlled United States technology.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain, or relevant industry experience.
• Experience implementing new supply chain processes within agreed costs.
