Design Intern (Fintech)

Location: New York City, hybrid; must be available to work in the NYC office at least 3–4 days per week throughout the full-time program.

What you will do

• Support product discovery and competitive analysis across active design initiatives.
• Contribute to interaction design, prototyping, and design system development.
• Work on real product surfaces from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering, and Analytics partners.
• Participate in design reviews, critiques, workshops, and networking events.
• Apply mentorship and feedback to build practical design and professional skills.

Requirements

• Currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field, with graduation expected in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• At least one previous internship or a substantial personal or academic design portfolio.
• Available for the full-time, 8-week program from June 21 through August 13, 2027, working in the New York City office at least 3–4 days per week.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to learn in a fast-moving environment.
