Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the Seattle office

Starting base salary: $144,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end design process, including discovery, concept ideation, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design deliverables.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, writers, and data analytics teams to define customer problems and goals.
• Design and ship polished experiences for the core remittances product.
• Advocate for design during product planning and development and promote cohesion across products.
• Bring customer empathy and user insights into product decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtfully designed, tested, and shipped experiences.
• Experience influencing product direction, setting goals, identifying opportunities, and making customer-centric decisions.
• Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows with Figma, InVision, or similar tools.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma.
• Ability to work hybrid from the Seattle office three days per week.
