Staff Product Designer (Spend)

What you will do

• Define and drive the product design vision for Spend from initial concepts through launch.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to scope requirements and create project plans that include research, exploration, and testing.
• Research user needs and translate complex financial workflows into approachable experiences.
• Lead end-to-end design across desktop web, mobile web, and native applications.
• Collaborate with the design systems team and other cross-functional partners to deliver scalable system-based solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, customer validation, and design culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a UX or product designer.
• Expertise across desktop web, mobile web, and native app experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex systems, multi-channel user journeys, and intricate object relationships.
• Proficiency in generative research, information architecture, interaction design, and user testing.
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading projects end to end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
