What you will do

• Lead end-to-end user experience design projects across desktop, mobile web, and native applications.
• Partner with product managers to define requirements and develop lean design project plans.
• Conduct generative research and user testing to advocate for user needs throughout development.
• Collaborate with engineers and the design system team to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables and smooth handoffs.
• Develop deep domain knowledge to unify design work across the product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a UX/Product designer with expertise in desktop and mobile experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex systems and multi-channel user journeys.
• Proficiency in UX methods, including information architecture and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial industry.
• Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
