Global Mobility and Immigration Partner

Salary: $144,000–$189,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day immigration and relocation activities for employees, internal transfers, interns, and international assignees.
• Oversee end-to-end immigration cases across the United States, NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage international assignments, relocation processes, and cross-border compliance requirements.
• Partner with relocation and immigration vendors to execute cases and improve vendor services.
• Develop global mobility guidelines, procedures, training materials, communications, benchmarks, and recommendations.
• Advise HR business partners, managers, recruiters, candidates, employees, and senior stakeholders on mobility processes, regulations, costs, and complex cases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of corporate experience in global relocation and immigration, including international assignments.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and compliance.
• Strong relocation management, organization, communication, interpersonal, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle confidential information, and support stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a hyper-growth environment and with systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Google Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience preferred.

• Global mobility experience in the high-tech industry.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and CoCo.
