IT Project Coordinator

Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States

Salary: $30–$40 per hour during the contract period; $60,000–$85,000 annually after permanent conversion

What you will do

• Manage technical projects from planning through delivery, including timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, and scope.
• Coordinate client deployments with internal engineering teams and third-party resources.
• Lead cloud migrations, server transitions, cloud service rollouts, and system implementations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document decisions and action items, and prepare technical documentation and presentations.
• Review statements of work and change requests, identify risks, and develop practical solutions to technical obstacles.
• Collaborate with account managers, sales engineers, and project engineers to meet technical objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Beaverton, Oregon, United States.
• Experience working in a managed services provider environment and 5–6 years of hands-on technical support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Azure fundamentals, Windows Server, and Group Policy creation and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migrations, including SkyKick or Exchange migration tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, delegating engineering work, and managing projects end to end.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
