Senior Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and engineering initiatives with distributed teams.
• Lead initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project plans, scopes, milestones, budgets, working standards, and delivery agreements.
• Track project status, resources, budgets, changes, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, manage technical backlogs, and coordinate concurrent workstreams.
• Communicate technical concepts, requirements, and executive-ready delivery updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery management.
• At least 5 years supporting cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with agile facilitation, requirements intake, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery status management.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools such as Jira or Rally for backlog and project management.
• Experience authoring runbooks, SOPs, process and architecture documentation, knowledge base content, and training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience; Scrum or PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PKI and certificate lifecycle concepts, SIEM, endpoint platforms, or vendor risk tools such as OneTrust.
• Exposure to aviation, OT, cyber-physical, or embedded systems and standards such as DO-326A, DO-355A, ATA Spec 42, or NIST frameworks.
• Experience using AI or agentic tools such as Claude or Copilot for documentation, requirements, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, instructional design, or technical writing.
