Senior People Analytics Manager (Visier)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or Sunnyvale, California, United States

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Own the Visier platform, including configuration, metric definitions, security models, release management, and vendor coordination.
• Build and expand Visier metrics, boards, alerts, and data subjects while managing integration with the enterprise data platform.
• Define data-quality checks, triage failures, and drive fixes back to source systems.
• Develop AI-assisted and self-service analytics that provide consistent answers across Claude and Visier.
• Document data models, business logic, caveats, and access rules for sensitive compensation and performance data.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, Employee Success, and People Science to establish durable reporting and enablement programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in people analytics, HR technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on Visier experience, including at least one implementation or meaningful capability expansion.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with a cloud data warehouse.
• Deep understanding of recruiting, compensation, performance, and organizational data.
• Experience with training, documentation, self-service analytics, and pragmatic data governance.
• Ability to work independently, manage concurrent workstreams, and handle sensitive data discreetly.

Nice to have

• Analytics engineering experience with dbt, version control, CI/CD, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience exposing warehouse data to LLMs or agentic interfaces through semantic layers or MCP.
• Experience with Rippling, Workday, Ashby, Lattice, TeamOhana, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Background in high-growth or infrastructure environments.
