Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate repair and upkeep of plant equipment.
• Plan, schedule, review, and track maintenance work, shutdowns, backlogs, and work orders.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance planning, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Oversee repairs on rotating equipment, including pumps, seals, blowers, and compressors.
• Manage urgent and emergency work, including on-call requirements, and provide maintenance reports.
• Drive equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and maintenance team development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical college education is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and plant operations.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, environmental, and health standards.
