Shift Maintenance Manager (Day or Night Shift)

Location: Fully onsite at the Atlanta Main facility in Forest Park, Georgia, USA. The role requires a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Salary: $75,800–$170,100 annually, depending on the applicable U.S. pay zone, qualifications, experience, and work location. The role is also eligible for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead plant-wide maintenance operations for an assigned shift across nine packaging lines and five blow molding lines.
• Prioritize maintenance resources and provide technical decisions during equipment failures and production interruptions.
• Supervise maintenance coordinators, mechanics, and EICs while managing performance and people development.
• Coordinate shift escalations, handoffs, work orders, labor allocation, technical stores, and BOMs.
• Improve equipment reliability, minimize unplanned downtime, and optimize planned downtime through predictive maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, engineering, production, warehouse, and quality teams while ensuring safety, environmental, regulatory, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to work fully onsite at the Atlanta Main facility in Forest Park, Georgia.
• Availability for a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends, on either day or night shift.
• At least five years of experience in a high-production, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• At least three years of direct leadership or management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Experience with maintenance planning systems, MRO inventories, procurement fundamentals, SAP or other ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong industrial troubleshooting, technical, project management, budget planning, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous Maintenance Leader experience at Atlanta Main.
• Technical degree; relevant experience may be considered instead.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, Lean, or similar improvement methodologies.
