Business Value Strategist (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $170,000–$255,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams and customers throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Develop customer-specific value frameworks, rigorous ROI models, and investment cases.
• Translate hirify.global’s impact into measurable outcomes such as lower operating costs, incremental revenue, and stronger customer loyalty.
• Create and scale repeatable, industry-specific business cases.
• Establish hirify.global’s business value framework from the ground up while remaining hands-on in modeling and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in value engineering, monetization strategy, consulting, strategic finance, or a similar business-impact role.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience building rigorous ROI models and investment cases.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Ability to work with sales teams and stakeholders across finance, operations, and executive leadership.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building and scaling a business value methodology, program, or center of excellence from the ground up.
• Familiarity with AI, conversational AI, or customer service operations.
• Experience in a zero-to-one startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
