Facilities Technician

Location: Cabuyao, Philippines; onsite at an industrial manufacturing facility. The role requires overtime, holiday work, and long hours when needed.

What you will do

• Inspect, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and improve facility and production equipment.
• Operate and maintain generators, air-conditioning units, chillers, deionized water systems, wastewater treatment systems, electrical distribution systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Install, modify, and repair facility equipment and building infrastructure.
• Coordinate with contractors and support facilities project planning and implementation.
• Prepare maintenance reports and support safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate of a two-year vocational course in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
• At least five years of hands-on facilities operations and maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of HVAC, CDA, FDAS, fire protection, RODI, wastewater systems, UPS, generators, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• TESDA NC accreditation is preferred.
• Responsible, collaborative, customer-focused, and able to work effectively with teammates.
• Willingness to work overtime, during holidays, and for extended hours is required.
