TL;DR
BIM Modeler (MEPF) (Revit/AutoCAD): Creating and coordinating 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in engineering and infrastructure projects with an accent on model accuracy, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical documentation. Focus on clash detection, drawing production, quality control, and applying BIM standards to complex bridge and rail infrastructure work.
Location: Manila, Philippines, with full-time work required in the Makati office

What you will do
- Create and maintain MEPF 3D BIM models and 2D technical drawings.
- Support model coordination, clash detection, drawing production, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary project teams to meet project requirements and BIM standards.
- Report to the Philippines-based Team Leader on task assignments and progress.
- Support engineering and infrastructure projects, including bridge and rail work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of BIM/CAD MEPF project experience.
- Hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.
- Knowledge of MEPF engineering design concepts and strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and engineering production software.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and work overtime when necessary.
- Ability to work full-time in the Makati office.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of MicroStation and Bentley civil design software.
- Experience in engineering design consulting, especially civil infrastructure, bridges, or rail projects.
- Familiarity with DPWH bridge detailing procedures.
- Experience with drawing review and quality control processes.
