Focus on configuring Workday workflows, designing compensation processes, analyzing pay costs, and building dashboards that support competitive and compliant compensation decisions.

What you will do
- Design and administer base-pay structures, annual and merit reviews, promotions, equity, and incentive programs.
- Configure, test, document, and improve compensation systems and workflows in Workday.
- Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, cost analyses, and salary-range maintenance.
- Build reports, dashboards, and metrics that translate compensation data into insights for senior leadership.
- Manage compensation reporting, audits, documentation, and data-integrity initiatives.
- Drive automation, standardization, process re-engineering, and operational improvements across compensation programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards analytics, finance, consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Advanced quantitative skills and demonstrated ability to perform data and cost analyses.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python or R, and Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong English language skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.
- CCP or similar certification.
- Experience administering base pay, merit cycles, promotions, incentive programs, market pricing, and compensation surveys.
- Experience partnering with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation decisions.
- Experience designing or implementing AI-assisted workflows, including prompt design, output validation, documentation, and accuracy measurement.
