Implementation Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote-only within the United States; no travel to client sites required.

Annual base pay: $58,125–$97,500 USD.

What you will do

• Lead onboarding for Health Savings Accounts and spending account products, including FSAs, Commuter Benefits, HRAs, and Dependent Care accounts.
• Guide employer clients through plan design, configuration, training, and consultative implementation support.
• Develop project plans, obtain milestone sign-offs, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct EDI and SFTP file testing for enrollment and funding data, communicating results to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate bulk HSA transfers, spending account rollovers, annual renewals, and partner transitions.
• Maintain implementation documentation, track multiple concurrent projects, and provide proactive status updates.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, implementation, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM or implementation tracking tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal communication, project management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI file testing and data integration.
• Excel and data reporting experience.
