Sr. Client Implementation Specialist

Salary: $73,900–$98,500 annually

What you will do

• Support clients by identifying implementation needs and addressing product, service, and business process requirements.
• Work with management and internal teams to develop configurations that support client operations.
• Conduct online meetings, client orientations, product presentations, training sessions, and collaborative discussions.
• Develop and deliver client education, document standard operating procedures, workflows, and statistical data.
• Prepare presentations and materials, lead discussions, and communicate timelines and project status.
• Identify trends, share customer insights, and recommend solutions to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, data management, written communication, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, formulate questions, and define business requirements.
• Knowledge of general business, production, or operations environments, including cost-benefit awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
