Salary: $101,250–$165,000 annual base pay

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of middle-market credit account relationships.
  • Underwrite loan requests, negotiate credit terms, lead deal screening and loan approval discussions, and close approved transactions.
  • Prepare underwriting documents, deal screen memoranda, term sheets, and loan documentation.
  • Analyze credit risks and mitigating factors, assign risk grades, and complete renewals, annual reviews, and interim analyses.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management, legal counsel, and clients on credit approvals, documentation, and portfolio matters.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, Credit Risk Review, Audit, and OCC requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
  • 9+ years of experience in credit structuring, underwriting, and cross-selling.
  • Strong analytical, credit evaluation, financial statement modeling, and risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to produce concise, well-reasoned underwriting analyses under tight time constraints.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-building, communication, independent working, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
