Senior Treasury Analyst (AI Cloud)

Location: San Francisco office; hybrid schedule with presence required 4 days per week. Tuesday is the designated work-from-home day.

Salary: $109,000–$145,000 annual salary.

What you will do

• Prepare recurring debt and covenant compliance reports, including ratio tests, lender certificates, and post-closing obligation trackers.
• Administer debt service across debt and lease portfolios and maintain debt, interest expense, and cash flow forecasts.
• Settle and reconcile interest rate and power hedges, maintain ISDA and trade documentation, and monitor hedged exposure.
• Manage letters of credit, deposits, cash collateral, bank accounts, and related fees and utilization.
• Support structured finance transactions, including closings, payment waterfalls, transaction reporting, intercompany funding, and cross-border transactions.
• Prepare KYC/AML documentation and analysis for Treasury leadership, banks, lenders, hedge counterparties, and Capital Markets initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or a related function.
• Working knowledge of debt and covenant compliance, credit facility administration, debt service, interest expense forecasting, and bank account administration.
• Familiarity with interest rate swaps, caps, collars, settlement mechanics, and supporting documentation.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with letters of credit, cash collateral, utility or vendor deposit programs, and derivative settlements.
• Exposure to hedge accounting under ASC 815, structured or project finance, construction finance, and entity structures.
• Experience with KYC/AML, ERP systems, Treasury Management Systems, intercompany funding, or cross-border treasury operations.
• Progress toward a CTP or CFA designation.
• Experience with GPU, data center, or other capital-intensive infrastructure financing.
