Associate Director, VP - Relationship Manager, Project Finance and Infrastructure

Location: New York, NY; office workplace type. The position may be filled at any Huntington Bank corporate office location.

Salary: $73,000–$175,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

hirify.global is expanding its specialized Project Finance and Infrastructure business within its Structured Finance group.

What you will do

• Originate and execute project finance and infrastructure transactions across the capital stack.
• Lead construction financing and back-leverage term financing transactions.
• Perform analytical financial structuring and oversee the development of detailed financial models.
• Support technical, legal, and structuring due diligence and present proposed transactions to management and credit groups.
• Manage booked assets, prospect new clients, create marketing materials, and coordinate with internal product groups.
• Progressively take ownership of deal processes and lead selected transaction teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an additional four years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project finance and infrastructure.
• Experience building and working with financial models.
• Ability to work in an office at a Huntington corporate office location.
