Senior Analyst, Private Debt Operations

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support portfolio management, fund administration, treasury management, data integrity, agency, trade operations, asset servicing, and reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve cash, trade, position, and other operational breaks between internal systems and external sources.
• Oversee trade booking, broker confirmations, loan settlements, and credit-product lifecycle events.
• Coordinate deal fundings, borrowing and drawdowns, and daily activity with custodians, loan agents, and fund administrators.
• Liaise with portfolio management, finance, compliance, service providers, vendors, and outsourced operations teams.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements that increase operational efficiency and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of operations experience in private credit, bank loans, or direct lending.
• Experience with structured debt and various credit products.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas; working knowledge of Visio, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Wall Street Office and ClearPar.
• Knowledge of Allvue accounting systems, including Everest, as well as Aladdin and Appian.
• Direct lending investment experience.
• Understanding of accounting theories and applications related to investment transactions.
