Temporary Manager

Location: Onsite in Sacramento, California, USA

Base pay: $16.00–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, support store operations, and help achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Represent Coach values, strengthen brand awareness, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, training, performance evaluations, and individualized team development.
• Provide feedback and guidance, maintain policy compliance, and hold team members accountable for business goals.
• Support customer relationship-building, clienteling strategies, HR matters, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent management experience in a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, communication, feedback, and team-building skills.
