What you will do

• Lead the department team and create an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial store culture.
• Manage customer experience, sales performance, budgets, profitability, and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, fashion presentation, stock levels, garment care, pricing, and fitting-room and checkout routines.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, and develop team members, including succession planning and training.
• Maintain store operations, omni-channel services, in-store technology, administration, health and safety, and opening and closing routines.
• Monitor fashion trends, competitors, products, and customer needs while supporting loyalty and sustainability initiatives.
